Muffin tin or muffin pan. It consists of round metal impressions in which the muffin batter can be baked to form small cakes or muffins.
Offset Spatula
This item is also referred to as a palette knife or cake spatula. An offset spatula has wide, dull blade with a slight bend just before the handle and it is used to remove cookie and small pastries from a sheet pan. If the spatula is elongated and the tip is rounded, it can be used also to frost cakes or cookies and spread fillings.

A pastry bag is a cone-shaped hollow bag made of various materials with a narrow opening at one end and a large opening at the other. It is used to fill and pipe out decorations onto a cake or batters for cookies or candies through a pastry tip fitted onto the narrow end of the bag.

It is a baking pan similar to a muffin pan but with deeper and narrower impressions to bake popovers like puffy,eggy, custard-like muffins. The impressions are further apart than those of a muffin pan so as to accommodate the popovers high rising.
Ramekin
It is a small baking dish usually made of ceramic or heat-resistant glass used to bake individual souffles, custard and cakes. It is also come in various sizes.
Sheet Pans
Sheet pans are rectangular metal baking pans. This item come in two sizes; full and half. The full sheet pans measures 18 by 26 inches (44 by 66 cm) and has sides that are 1 inch (2.5 cm) high. The half sheet pan measures 13 by 18 inches (32.5 by 36 cm).
Sieve or Strainer
A sieve is a small tool used to separate out finer particles from coarser ones. It is a metal bowl with scree-like opening with a handle. It can be used to sift out lumps from dry ingredients like flour or confectioners sugar or it can be used to strain lumps from desserts like pastry cream or custard sauces.
Sifter
A sifter is used for dry ingredients only. It looks like a metal cup with screen bottom and rotating metal wires or screens inside to help separate lumps in dry ingredients such as flour, confectioner sugar and cocoa powder.
Silicone Baking Mats
Silicone baking mats are reusable, flexible, plastic rectangular sheets coated with silicone that are able to withstand extreme temperatures, both cold and hot. It is placed into full sheet or half sheet pans and used instead of parchment paper. Resembling rubber place mats, they require no greasing or flouring and only need to be wiped clean with a damp sponge or cloth. If a silicone baking mat does not fit perfectly into a sheet pan or cookie sheet of a different size, the baking sheet can be flipped over so the bottom is facing up and the silicone mat placed on top.

This baking pan is made from flexible silicone that can withstand a wide range of temperatures and has a permanent nonstick surface much like silicone baking mat. They come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes and need to be baked on a rigid surface like a half or full sheet pan.
